Café Solo – single espresso
Café Doble – double espresso
Café Cortado – espresso with just a bit of milk (served in an espresso cup)
Café con Hielo – espresso served with a glass of ice on the side. You put the sugar in the coffee yourself and then you pour it into the glass full of ice. Adolfo likes drinking this after a big meal and/or in the summer.
Carajillo – espresso with a bit of brandy or whiskey
Café Bombon - a small glass containing condensed milk with a café solo slowly poured in. Very sweet.
